For our Community Day in March, we invited Marilyn from the Grimsby Garden Club to join us to teach us a bit about the role of a Gardener, to explore gardening and what plants need, to display and interact with a variety of plants, as well as participate in some garden display art. We also used the day to make garden process art (we used kitchen utensils and loose parts) of our own and to dig and plant in our new cedar planting boxes. It was the perfect way to welcome Spring to our school. Thank you, Marilyn! We had a great time.
